Sadly, anyone in business these days can be attacked without right of recourse via the internet. Any large company at some point will not be able to entirely satisfy someone, and a scathing report
ReplyDeletepublished on the internet will ensue. The internet has become a sounding board for anyone with a gripe and there probably isn't a company in the world that hasn't got at least one unhappy customer.
Regarding Mr Eric McKenzie, please note that he did not leave the company but was fired due to
physical abuse inflicted to one of the Managers who was hospitalized. As a company such action is not tolerated. While it is unfortunate that he has to be fired, this we must say is a necessary action to be taken, which we are you would agree. This however have resulted to him putting negative comments in the internet and have in fact contacted a number of members who fortunately did not believe him as they have made of use of their membership and are happy with their purchase.
